Prior to managing our own long-term rentals, we experienced the frustrations associated with tenants failing to pay rent on time (or at all), witnessing damage to our investment properties necessitating costly repairs and renovations, enduring arduous eviction processes, and questioning why the expected monthly passive income seemed so elusive.
